 1. Arunachal Pradesh: Eight NSCN cadres surrender before security forces

 Eight cadres belonging to various factions of the National Socialist Council of Nagaland (NSCN) surrendered before security forces in Arunachal Pradesh on Tuesday.

3. Manipur: Assam Rifles recover illegal timber worth ₹ 46.4 crore from Kamjong district

The recovered timber included 550 logs of Pinewood, 150 logs of Ucham wood and 150 logs of Teak wood measuring approximately 14, 400 cubic feet worth over ₹ 46.4 crore.  

4. Meghalaya reports 100 new COVID-19 cases 

The total active cases in the state have increased to 363 as per the latest report.

Pangniang said that the party will go in depth to find out about the irregularities in the Power department and then will take a last call.

7. Sikkim: Government officials raid shops running on sublet license
 

During the raid, it was found that several shops were running on sublet license and using bill books without Goods and Services Tax (GST).

8. Tripura Police, Enforcement Directorate recover Rs 80 lakh during raid

 The Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Tripura police carried out raids at seven different locations in West Agartala and Sonamura in the Sepahijala district.
