Meghalaya reports 100 new COVID-19 cases

Meghalaya reported a total of 100 fresh COVID-19 positive cases on Wednesday, with 21 returnees reported to be from East Khasi Hills.
The break up of the cases are as follows:
East Jaintia Hills – 2 (returnees)
East Khasi Hills-59 (Armed forces/paramilitary forces-3, high risk-5, Nongthymmai Lumsohphoh cluster-16, ILI case-12, screening purpose-2 and returnees-21)
Ri Bhoi-6 (high risk-3, returnee-1, ILI case-1, screening purpose-1).
West Garo Hills-1 (returnee).
West Jaintia Hills-29 (Darrang cluster-19, Dawki cluster-8, Nartiang cluster-1, returnee-1).
West Khasi Hills-3 (returnee).
Recoveries:
East Khasi Hills-2 (Armed forces/paramilitary forces-1 and high risk-1).
Ri Bhoi- 2 (screening purpose-1, ILI case-1), West Garo Hills-1 (Armed forces/paramilitary forces).
The total active cases in the state have increased to 363 as per the latest report.
