Sikkim: Himalayan Badminton open to kick off on May 6
The four-day event will witness participants from all the Northeastern states and Eastern India, including players from Nepal and Bhutan.

The Badminton Association of Namchi (BAN) will organise the 7th Himalayan Badminton Open Tournament at the indoor Stadium in Namchi, Sikkim, from May 6 to 9.
The four-day event will witness participants from all the Northeastern states and Eastern India, including players from Nepal and Bhutan.
Earlier, the members of BAN held a meeting on April 9 to decide the tournament dates.
The tournament will also allow local players to showcase their skills and gauge themselves in a game that does not produce national-level players from the Northeast.
