KOHIMA:

Nagaland Governor RN Ravi on Friday interacted with 40 rank holders and toppers of the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) Examination 2020 from all the districts at Raj Bhavan in Kohima.

Congratulating the students, Ravi advised them to maintain a healthy routine and proper time management to achieve their goals.

According to AIR Kohima, Ravi cautioned the students against the irresponsible use of the internet and asked them to stay away from social media.

It is a matter of great satisfaction and delight in meeting the young achievers in whose hands the future of the Country lie, he said.

Ravi further said that students should not shy away from seeking help and that they can reach out to their friends or teachers if they come across any problems or they can join a coaching class to enhance their capabilities.

The Governor further requested the Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) chairman to maintain a record of how achievers are doing in life and to keep track of their achievements and journeys.

Meanwhile, Advisor for School Education, K.T Sukhalu, said that education is not only about achieving a degree to get a job, but it is a medium to inspire change and eradicate various problems.
