Assam Rifles recover foreign-origin cigarettes in Mizoram

AIZAWL:

Troops of the Assam Rifles recovered as many as 39 cases of foreign origin smuggled cigarettes at Sangau Village in Lawngtlai District in Mizoram on Friday. 

The bust was made during a joint conducted by Assam Rifles and Customs Preventive Force. 

The recovered items have been estimated worth Rs 51.94 lakh.
