Mild quake jolts Meghalaya

SHILLONG:
An earthquake measuring 3.5 on the Richter scale jolted the East Khasi Hills region of Meghalaya on May 29.
According to the National Center for Seismology (NCS), the earthquake occurred at 1:29 am.
The earthquake struck at a depth of 10 Km with a latitude of 25.57 north and a longitude of 91.78 east.
No casualty/property damage was reported.
