A notification issued by the Indian Army stated that the Common Entrance Exam which was scheduled to be held in Shillong and the Indian Army Recruitment Rally that was supposed to be held in Aizawl stands postponed till further orders.

SHILLONG:

The Indian Army has postponed the recruitment drive for the eastern region, which was supposed to be held in Shillong on April 25 and in Aizawl between May 1-8, 2021.

A notification issued by the Indian Army stated that the Common Entrance Exam which was scheduled to be held in Shillong and the Indian Army Recruitment Rally that was supposed to be held in Aizawl stands postponed till further orders.

The recruitment drive was for the entire eastern region states namely: Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur Mizoram, Tripura Meghalaya, Sikkim, West Bengal and Orissa.

The Indian Army has further stated that fresh dates for the same will be announced and communicated to the candidates soon.
