Manipur govt imposes night curfew due to rise of COVID cases 

The Chief Secretary of Manipur, Rajesh Kumar, on Friday issued an order, imposing night curfew from 8:00 pm till 4:00 am daily, due to the rise in COVID cases.

The Chief Secretary of Manipur, Rajesh Kumar, on Friday issued an order, imposing night curfew from 8:00 pm till 4:00 am daily, due to the rise in COVID cases.

The services that are exempted from the night curfew include all goods-carrier vehicles including medical oxygen; all essential service establishments like pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, power supply, public health engineering, municipal offices engaged in cleaning, fire services, medical oxygen manufacturing plants, veterinary services and all government officials, who have been assigned specific Covid-19 management duties, as well as other emergencies services.
