Assam artist pays tribute to Sushant Singh Rajput on his first death anniversary

Mandal is a huge fan of the late actor and completed the work within eight days to pay tribute to Rajput through his art.

DIBRUGARH:

On the occasion of Sushant Singh Rajput's first death anniversary, Saurav Mandal, an artist from Assam has drawn a portrait of the late Bollywood actor using 31,000 nails.

Mandal is a huge fan of the late actor and completed the work within eight days to pay tribute to Rajput through his art.

A resident of Basugaon in the Chirang district of Assam, Mandal is known for his artistic skills far and wide.   

Mandal had earlier made similar portraits of two famous personalities namely Dr Bhupen Hazarika and Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose using his mouth, a feat that he completed in 7 minutes 55 seconds.

He was included in the Indian Book of Records for his artwork on two leading personalities from India.

Mandal has also been honoured and invited by the World Records University in the United Kingdom to undergo a doctorate programme and write a thesis about his art form.
