 LAHORE:

Pakistan under-19 cricket team’s tour of Bangladesh has been delayed by six days because of the ongoing COVID-19 induced lockdown in Bangladesh, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) informed on Tuesday.

The Pakistan team will now leave on April 17 instead of April 11 for the series.

Pakistan and Bangladesh will play a four-day match in Sylhet from April 23, followed by five One-Day International series.

The 17-member squad will be announced shortly, and the squad is currently training in Lahore, stated the PCB.

Earlier, the PCB and BCB worked out an alternative schedule for the tour to ensure that the tournament is not affected by the lockdown.
