UPSC Civil Services interview to resume from August 2

The Civil Services interview which started in April were stopped after the second wave of the pandemic gripped the country.

NEW DELHI:

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has notified that the interview for Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2020 will resume on August 2, 2021.

The Civil Services interview which started in April were stopped after the second wave of the pandemic gripped the country.

The UPSC stated that the e-Summon Letters of Personality Tests (Interviews) of the candidates will be made available shortly on the websites https://www.upsc.gov.in and https://www.upsconline.in.

UPSC had earlier postponed the Civil Services preliminary examination 2021 which was scheduled to be held on June 27. 

The commission conducts civil services examination annually in three stages-preliminary, mains and interview, to select officers of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and other allied services.
