2. Mizoram: Restrictions on unvaccinated termed arbitrary by Gauhati high court
The Gauhati high court held the standard operating procedures (SOPs) issued by the Mizoram government on the unvaccinated working individuals as arbitrary and not in consonance with the provisions of Articles 14, 19, and 21 of the Constitution.

One dead body of the three persons who drowned in the Siyom river, near Siang-Siyom confluence between Pangin and Boleng in Siang district, has been recovered from Pillumukh area adjacent to Pasighat in Arunachal Pradesh on Sunday, following the sudden collapse of the Sangam bridge.
