Meghalaya Rice Scam: Govt. contractor Continental Milkose yet to provide explanation

SHILLONG: 

The Meghalaya Social Welfare Department is yet to receive an explanation from Continental Milkose over the alleged scam of the Meghalaya's ICDS allotted rice, which the Government of India allocates the state under Wheat Based Nutrition Programme for children and pregnant women through the Anganwadi centres across the state.
