Tripura CM flags off 16 new modern police vehicle in Agartala

Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb flagged off 16 new modern police vehicle today, providing 24×7 Police mobiles in Agartala City and Khowai, Gomati, Shipahijala, South districts of the state to strengthen safety for citizens across the state.
Biplab Kumar Deb flagged off the police mobile vans at police head quarters in Agartala today. These police vans will keep patrolling in their assigned zone and will be in constant touch with the nearest Police Station.
On this occasion Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb said "My governments' biggest achievement in the last 100 days is bringing in transparency in the government. People with the help of information technology can inform police by using any electronic device which will help them save time. After launching of this modern policing service police would now be able to reach the crime spot within few minutes".
