New flight line inaugurated at Maharaja Bir Bikram Airport in Tripura

West Tripura MP Pratima Bhowmik inaugurated a new flight line at Maharaja Bir Bikram (MBB) Airport in Tripura on Monday.

The flight line or airport apron is the area of an airport where aircraft are parked, unloaded or loaded, refuelled, or boarded.

The new flight line can accommodate six aircraft at a time with four boarding bridges.

It was built at an estimated cost of Rs 48 crore and aims to provide connectivity with Bangladesh and other neighbouring countries.
