Sikkim Governor tests positive for COVID-19
Prasad was tested positive after receiving both doses of the vaccine. He received his first dose on March 3 and the second dose on April 9.

GANGTOK:
Sikkim Governor Ganga Prasad tested positive for COVID-19. He urged all close contacts over the last few days to isolate and get themselves tested.
"I was having mild symptoms and tested positive for Covid-19 today. I request everyone who came in close contact with me over (the) last few days to isolate themselves and get tested. I am stable and under the supervision of a doctor at home isolation," Prasad wrote on his Facebook post.

Sikkim has 982 COVID-19 active cases.
