Nagaland: Security forces deployed in Northern part of Dzukou valley

Security elements from Spear Corps along with personnel from the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) have been dispatched to extinguish the wildfire in Dzukou valley.

Officials on ground zero said that the teams have been successful in dousing the fire and are creating fire lanes to contain further spread.

Spear Corps teams are also catering logistical support to the NDRF team at Dzukou Valley, providing the much-needed impetus to the overall efforts.

Quick response by the Security Forces has been highly appreciated by the civil administration and the NDRF team.
