Meghalaya reports 26 new COVID cases

The total number of active cases stands at 193.

Meghalaya on Monday reported 26 new cases of COVID-19, with seven from East Khasi Hills and 19 from West Jaintia Hills.

From West Jaintia Hills, there were 13 cases reported from Darrang Cluster, five from Nartiang cluster and one high-risk patient.

The total number of active cases stands at 193.

On the other hand, there are 23 new recoveries -- 21 in East Khasi Hills (19 returnees, one health worker and one Influenza-like illness (ILI) case), two in West Khasi Hills (one returnee and one screening purpose).
