Meghalaya: NEIAH observes World Homeopathy Day

The North Eastern Institute of Ayurveda and Homeopathy (NEIAH) observed the World Homeopathy Day at Mawdiangdiang, Shillong in Meghalaya, on Saturday.
World Homeopathy Day 2021 marks the 266th birth anniversary of Dr Samuel Hahnemann, the founder of the Homeopathic system of health care.
Former Director of the National Institute of Homeopathy, Kolkata, Prof (Dr) Samir Kumar Bhattacharya, highlighted the importance of Hahnemann as a chemist.
Assistant Professor of Government Ayurvedic College, Dr Pradyumna Goswami, stressed the importance of utilising adequate skills in medical practice irrespective of the medical system.
