Meghalaya: Indigo suspends operations in Shillong Airport

The Airports Authority of India, Shillong, took to Twitter on Thursday to announce that Indigo Airlines would suspend all operations in Shillong Airport from April 23 to 30. 
"All passengers are hereby informed that M/s. Indigo Airlines @IndiGo6E has suspended their #Shillong operations from 23rd April to 30th April 2021. M/s. Indigo Airlines may be contacted for any query on #rescheduling or #refund," AAI Shillong tweeted.
Earlier, Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma announced that tourists would be barred from entering Meghalaya for the next 14 days post-April 23 in a bid to curb the spread of COVID-19.
