Manipur’s indigenous game Thang-Ta to be part of Khelo India Youth Games 2021

Manipur’s indigenous game Thang-Ta (sword and spear) has been included in the upcoming Khelo India Youth Games 2021 to be held at Panchkula at Haryana.
India has a rich culture of indigenous games. PM @NarendraModi Ji wants to preserve & popularise all of them. Thang-Ta is the traditional martial art of Manipur and is said to integrate various external weapons such as sword, spear, and dagger.
