DESAM lock up offices of secretary and controller of examination of BOSEM in Manipur

The Democratic Students Alliance of Manipur (DESAM), on Wednesday, locked the office of the Secretary and Controller of Examination of Board of Secondary Education (BOSEM), Manipur.
