Corrigendum: For story published dated July 28

IMPHAL:

This is with regards to a story published on The Northeast Today (TNT) website on July 28. It was wrongly mentioned in the story that an FIR had been filed against Omen Achom by Imphal Police. In Case No. 67 of 2021, it has been mentioned in a report submitted by the OC of Imphal police station to the Court of the Sessions Judge, Imphal West, that no FIR had been filed against Achom. 

We apologise for the error in the story. It has now been taken down.
