GUWAHATI:
An earthquake measuring 3.7 on the Richter scale struck Sonitpur on Monday evening.
According to the National Center for Seismology (NCS), the earthquake occurred at 6:13 pm.
The earthquake struck at a depth of 10 km with a latitude of 26.74 north and a longitude of 92.45 east.
There were no reports of casualties or property damage.
