B'wood singer Mohammed Irfan performs at AdtU's Attitude 2K21 in Guwahati

GUWAHATI:

ATTITUDE 2K21 – a flagship event of Assam down town University (AdtU), was inaugurated by Vice-Chancellor of AdtU Dr NC Talukdar on March 20 at Panikhaiti in Guwahati, marking a new vista of life among students of the university in the post-Covid period.

A series of cultural programmes were held, including song and dance performances and Assam’s very own Bihu.

The university administration also distributed prizes to winners of all events, that were conducted in the past week as part of ATTITUDE 2K21.

The Mr & Miss AdtU contest was also held, where 20 participants walked the ramp and showcased their talents.

The highlight of ATTITUDE 2K21 was a live performance of renowned Bollywood singer Mohammed Irfan.

He performed his hits from Bollywood films and mesmerised the crowd with some of his retro hits that included Choo Kar Mere Mann Ko and Om Shanti Om.

“It was a great experience and, I am grateful for the love that AdtU has showered on me,” Mohammed Irfan said.

The event was opened only for in-house students and staff members, given the recent outbreak of COVID-19.
