Assam: Yoga expert bags first place in the 9th Asian Yoga Sports Championship
Pranab Kumar Nath, a Yoga expert, has bagged the top spot in the senior category at the 9th Asian Yoga Sports Championship organised by the International Youth Yoga Federation India and Om Shaptharishi Yoga in Malaysia, virtually held on May 30, 2021.
Pranab Kumar Nath, a resident of Dibrugarh, Milan Nagar, is a silent yoga exponent and has achieved many laurels in the field of yoga.
Professionally, he is an Assistant Director of Akashvani and Doordarshan Dibrugarh under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
Last year, in December, Nath also bagged first place in the senior category in the online International Yoga Championship 2020 organised by the Association for Yoga and Meditation (AYM), a yoga school in Rishikesh, affiliated with International Yoga Federation and Yoga Certification Board.
