Assam: SEBA postpones HSLC and High Madrassa Exam amid COVID surge

GUWAHATI:

The Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA), on Tuesday, has announced the postponement of the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) and High Madrassa examination in the state.  

“In view of the prevailing situation of COVID-19 in the state of Assam. It has been decided to postpone the HSLC/ AHM Examinations 2021, scheduled to be held from 11th of May, 2021,” read the official order.

The revised schedule will be announced by the board after a discussion with the State Health Department.

The HSLC examination was scheduled to be conducted from the 11th of this month.
