Assam: One Killed four injured in road mishap at Dibrugarh

DIBRUGARH:
One person was killed and four others were injured in a road mishap involving a bike and a bolero at link road in Dibrugarh on Saturday.
Police identified the deceased as Karan Gill (22), a resident of AMCH campus.
According to police, a bolero bearing registration no. AS06 W0599 driven by one Deep Shah (also from AMCH campus), boarded by three people Abhishek Raut, (25 years), Rupom Bora (21years), Kamal Khan (24years) collided with the bike coming from the opposite direction at link road.
Police informed that the injured were rushed to AMCH later on
As per the preliminary investigation by police, rash driving and negligence on the part of the bolero driver may have caused the accident.
Meanwhile, a case has been registered, and further investigation is on.
