“If our government is voted into power in Assam, we will make Assam a flood free state. Within five years, we would solve the flood problem in Assam. We have conducted a satellite survey and found that there are many water bodies which we are thinking to divert the flood water using scientific methods,” Amit Shah said.

Bhaskar Sharma is the sitting BJP legislature of Margherita.
Amit Shah also hit out at the Congress for failing to stop the infiltration problem in Assam.
