6-year-old girl beaten to death by three minors after she refuses to watch porn

NAGAON:

The Nagaon police arrested three minors for allegedly killing a 6-year-old girl on October 20.

The minor girl was beaten to death by the three accused inside a toilet in a stone quarry after she refused to watch pornographic videos with them, the police said.

All the three accused are aged between 8 and 11 years of age. One of the accused’s fathers, whose mobile had the video, too has been arrested, the police informed.

In a statement, Nagaon police said the accused are “porn addicts capable of conspiracy and execution of a dastardly crime”. 

Nagaon Superintendent of Police, Anand Mishra said that the police were able to solve the case by recreating the crime scene within 24 hours.

“It is a very unfortunate incident. The juveniles used to watch pornography on one of the accused’s father’s cellphone. We have seized the phone and it has several pornographic clips,” Mishra said.

It is alleged that the three juveniles also tried to sexually assault the victim but there has been no confirmation from the police on it. "In today’s digital age, this is an important lesson for parents to keep a watch on what their children are doing on the Internet,” said Misra, referring to one of the arrested juveniles.
