GUWAHATI:
An earthquake measuring 3.1 on the Richter scale jolts Sonitpur on May 12.
According to the National Center for Seismology (NCS), the earthquake occurred at 12:27 am.
The earthquake struck at a depth of 16 km with a latitude of 26.73 north and longitude of 92.36 east.
No casualty/property damage was reported.
