DIPHU:

The Chief Executive Member (CEM) of the Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC), Tuliram Ronghang, visited Langlokso, the interior part of Karbi Anglong, to campaign for the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) Howraghat (ST) LAC and Diphu (ST) LAC candidates Dorsing Ronghang and Bidyasing Engleng.

Langlokso is the meeting point of Howraghat and Diphu (ST) LAC, and out of six polling stations, four are in Diphu (ST) LAC, and two are in Howraghat.

“I see the mobile network connectivity problem here, and I assure you we will install a mobile tower. There is one and half year term in the KAAC and another four more years of the Narendra Modi-led BJP government at the Centre. Whatever assurances made to the people will be fulfilled during this period,” Ronghang told the gathering.

The campaign was joined by MP Horensing Bey and KAAC Executive Members Raju Tisso and Lunsing Teron.
