Schools reopen in Arunachal Pradesh for students of classes 8, 9 & 11

Schools in Arunachal Pradesh reopened for students of classes 8, 9 and 11 on January 4 by adhering to COVID-19 protocols.

It may be mentioned that class 10 and 12 students had already resumed classes from November 16.

“The parents have extended cooperation by sending their wards to schools and the students, too, are happy to attend school after such a long period,” Education Minister Taba Tedir said.

The Education Minister also informed that colleges in the state would reopen from January 5.

However, residential schools and hostels will remain closed until further notice.
