Indian archer Deepika Kumari on Friday ended her Olympic campaign after losing women's archery quarter-finals match against As San of South Korea.

Kumari went down 6-0 against the top-seeded San, the match which witnessed absolute domination from the Korean archer.

Kumari, who is ranked number one in the world, was completely outclassed by the 20-year old Korean from the very beginning of the match, having lost vital points in every set.

Meanwhile, in the men's individual event, Atanu Das will be playing his quarterfinals against T Furukawa of Japan on July 31st. Das will be hoping to win the match to assure a medal for India.

Das had in the round of 16 defeated 4-time olympic medalist Jinhyek OH of South korea, stunning everyone in the nail-biting match which went down the wire with 5 sets tied till the end.
