Meghalaya: Shillong’s Ewellson Lyngdoh beats National Champ to win the Rhino Auto Challenge 2016

SHILLONG: Shillong's very own Deofavante Ewellson Lyngdoh from Shillong made the state proud by bagging the first prize in the Rhino Auto Challenge 2016 organised by the North Eastern Motorsports Association (NEMA) at Assam Engineering Institute play ground in Guwahati recently.

Driving nothing but an old Zen, Lyngdoh beat the sophisticated vehicles and carried home the winning title in the below 1300 cc at the Rhino Auto Challenge 2016 at Guwahati by beating the national champion Amanpreet Ahluwalia, who came in second.

Another Shillongite, Brandon Bazeley was also not far behind in the race and beating many drivers, Bazeley landed in the 3rd position.

Ewellson also carried home the trophy for fastest timing.
