Football: Royal Wahingdoh suffer huge 18-0 defeat to Haryana side

Haryana side Alakhpura FC thrashed the Royal Wahingdoh women as they beat them 18 goals to none. This is the second time the Shillong side has registered a defeat in the Women's I-League preliminary round as they lost their first match against Bodyline FC by a margin of 9-0. The team has been outclassed in their first two games and will hope to have a better showing in the matches to come.

The club which has had some success in the I-League in recent years in the men's category are greatly lacking in the women's department.
