16-year-old tennis player from Assam wins ITF tournament in Thailand

GUWAHATI: The Under-18 title of the ITF World Junior Ranking Tournament was recently held at Nonthebari, Thailand. Young players from all over participated in the event which saw Assam boy Parikshit Somani win the title.

The young player defeated Tonkia Mulada of Thailand in a close match which saw Parikshit win 4-6,6-4,6-4.
