The District Project Coordinator of Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA), Ri-Bhoi, has invited applications in standard form for appointment to the post of Assistant Teacher (Mathematics) and Assistant Teacher (English) in "Upgraded Government Upper Primary School" under RMSA on contractual basis.

Educational Qualification for Assistant Teacher (Mathematics):

B.Sc (PCM) with B.Ed and Preferably B.Sc (Maths) with B.Ed.

Educational Qualification for Assistant Teacher English:

B.A (English) with B.Ed.

Candidates undergoing B.Ed for not less than one year may also apply for the posts.

Certified diploma in computers or knowledge of ICT in the teaching-learning process, active involvement in sports, co-curricular activities, art/ crafts/culture, etc., besides the above-prescribed qualifications, will be an added advantage.

Age limit:- Between 18 years and 27 as of 01.01.2021 and relaxable up to 5 years in case of Scheduled Tribe/Caste or up to 40 years for those already serving in Govt. aided schools and recognised private schools. Reservation is as per the policy of the Govt. of Meghalaya.

Salary: For B.Ed qualified candidates Rs 29,000 per month and for B.Ed undergoing candidates Rs 21,807 per month.
