Nagaland Board exams 2020: Girls outshine boys in HSLC, HSSLC examination

Nagaland Board of School Education had declared the state board result 2020 of high school leaving certificate (HSLC) and high secondary school leaving certificate (HSSLC) at the level of class 10 and class 12, respectively on May 30 where the girls outperformed boys.

The total pass percentage of class 10 was 70.02 percent and among girls the pass percentage was 70.88%, while the figure for boys was 69.04%.

In class 12, as many as 71.87 per cent cleared arts stream and in science stream 80.99 per cent and in commerce 75.47 per cent passed. Over all class 12 pass percentage was 73.72 per cent.

However, the pass percentage in Science among girls was 87.06 and the figure for boys was 87.96 per cent. In arts 65.65 per cent boys and 77.27 per cent girls and in commerce 83.61 per cent girls and 68.99 per cent boys passed.
