Meghalaya Govt extends closure of all educational institutions till April 15
SHILLONG | March 30:
The Education Department, Government of Meghalaya has extended the closure of all Educational Institutions in the state from 1st April, 2020 to 15th April, 2020.
This order is in compliance with the Government of India lockdown order to prevent the possibility of an outbreak and spread of Covid 19 and as a precautionary measurw to safeguard the citizens of the state.
The notification was issued today by the Commissioner and Secretary in charge of Education, DP Wahlang.

Wahlang said examinations too have been postponed until further notice.
All educational institutions closed and examinations have been postponed from March 16 in the State as a precautionary measure against the spread of COVID-19 virus.
