Manipur Ambush:National Media gets it wrong yet again shows Mizoram Cm’s Picture instead of Ibobi Singh

National Media (Or so they call themselves these days ) have been famous for getting facts right about the Northeast Region .

Whether it was a story which wrongly stated that PA Sangma Wife would fight against his Son or now where they have shown the picture of Mizoram's CM Lal Thanhawla instead of Ibobi Singh in the recent incident where NSCN(IM) convoy ambused the Manipur CM's convoy.

Its time that most media houses (including us ) get their facts and figures right before calling themselves credible .

The hunger for breaking news cannot dilute the substance and importance of the story .

The same should also apply for the National Media which boasts itself of representing the 'Nation' but does not cross check their facts.
