Tripura: ‘Mastermind’ in Bandhan Bank loot case arrested

In a major breakthrough, the Gomati police on Tuesday detained the mastermind involved in the Bandhan Bank loot case. The accused has been identified as Rajbhakta Jamatia.
It may be mentioned that several cases are being lodged in four different police stations regarding the Bandhan bank loot case.
Acting on a tip off, the Killa police under the initiative of OC Biswajit Debbarma conducted a raid on Monday late night and detained the master mind Rajbhakra Jamatia from Killa.

Following the interrogation, the police later detained another prime accused in the case identified as Kishore Jamatia from Amarpur Dulma. Police also recovered a 7.65 mm pistol from Kishore Jamatia.
Meanwhile, police is further conducting interrogation to arrest the other miscreants involved in the case.
