Project Title:  Development Of Interactive And Dynamic Web Portal Wii-UNDP Secure Himalaya Project

Qualification: Master's degree in Wildlife Science /Zoology/ Forestry /Ecology/ Computer Science / Environmental Sciences / GIS-Remote Sensing or related subjects from a recognized university

Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates having good communication, writing, website designing, and analytical skills as well as GIS-RS knowledge. One year experience in the Himalayan region, working with stakeholders, will be an advantage

Emoluments:  Rs 30,000/-(Consolidated)/month

Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years as on the date of interview. Upper age limit in case of applicants belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories may be relaxed as per the rules

Desirable:  Preference will be given to candidates having experience in the status survey of wildlife species, good communication, writing, and analytical skills as well as GISRS knowledge.

Emoluments: Rs. 25,000 + allowances

Age Limit: Not exceeding 28 years as on the date of interview. Upper age limit in case of applicants belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories may be relaxed as per the rules.

Project Title: "Assessment and Monitoring of Climate Change Effects on Wildlife Species and Ecosystems for Developing Adaptation and Mitigation Strategies in the Indian Himalayan Region"

Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Wildlife Sciences/ Zoology/ Forestry/ Environmental Sciences or Management/ Biodiversity and Conservation/ with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized University.

Desirable: Experience /interest in field data collection for human-wildlife interface issues; natural resource use, ecosystem services, and socio-economic surveys

Emoluments: Rs.28,000/- + 20% HRA

Age Limit:  Up to 35 years.
