Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) invites online applications for is various Group 'A' S&T vacancies proposed to be filled-up by Transfer (Absorption)/Direct Recruitment basis.
1. Post Name:- Member Technical Staff- E-V, (Scientist 'F')
No of posts:- 1 (UR)
Age limit:- 56 years for For appointment on transfer and 48 years for Direct Recruitment.
Pay Scale:- Level 13A (Rs. 131100-216600)
Essential Qualification for Direct Recruitment:-
1. Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Technology with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Masters in Computer Applications with ft class or M. Sc. with 15t class in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ Information Technology with 17 years experience.
OR2. Master Degree in Tech./ Engineering with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science with 15 years experience.
OR
3. Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering in any of the above-mentioned disciplines /inter-disciplines along with qualification mentioned at (1) or (2) above with 12 years of experience
Essential Qualification for Transfer (Absorption) Recruitment:-
1. Holding analogous post on regular basis.
OR
2. Having 5 years regular service in Level 13 (Rs. 123100-215900).
AND
3. possessing qualifications as prescribed for Direct Recruitment.
2. Post Name:- Member Technical Staff- E-IV (Scientist 'E')
No of posts:- 2 (UR-1, OBC-1)
Age limit:- 56 years for For appointment on transfer and 46 years for Direct Recruitment.
Pay Scale:- Level 13 (Rs. 123100-215900)
Essential Qualification for Direct Recruitment:-
1. Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Technology with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Masters in Computer Applications with 15′ class or M. Sc. with 15` class in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ Information Technology with 14 years experience.
OR
2. Master Degree in Tech./ Engineering with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science with 12 years experience.
OR
3. Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering in any of the above-mentioned disciplines /inter-disciplines along with qualification mentioned at (1) or (2) above with 09 years of experience.
4. Candidate possessing qualification as at (a) or (b) above followed by MBA/ Degree in Law would be eligible for two (2) years relaxation in experience.

Pay Scale:- Level 12 (Rs. 78800-209200)
Essential Qualification for Direct Recruitment:-
1. Bachelors' degree in Engineering/ Technology with 15′ class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Masters in Computer Applications with 15′ class or M. Sc. with ft class in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ Information Technology with 10 years experience.
OR
2. Master Degree in Tech./ Engineering with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science with 08 years experience.
OR
3. Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering in any of the above-mentioned disciplines /inter-disciplines along with qualification mentioned at (1) or (2) above with 05 years of experience.
4. Candidate possessing qualification as at (a) or (b) above followed by MBA/ Degree in Law would be eligible for two (2) years relaxation in experience.
Essential Qualification for Transfer (Absorption) Recruitment:-
1. Holding analogous post on a regular basis
OR
2. Having 5 years regular service in Level 11 (Rs. 67700-208700).
AND
3. Possessing qualifications as prescribed for Direct Recruitment.

Application Fee
The candidate has to pay an application fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) per application by Demand Draft/Indian Postal Order (IPO) having minimum three months validity in favor of 'Software Technology Parks of India', payable at New Delhi.
