In its latest recruitment notification, Staff Selection Commission has announced that it will hold an All India Open Competitive Exam for recruitment to its Stenographer (Grade C & D) posts. A class 12th pass candidate belonging to age group 18-27 years can apply for the same.

Post Name:- SSC Stenographer (Grade C & D)
No of posts:- Vacancies will be determined in due course
Age limit:-
1. Stenographer Grade 'C': 18 to 30 years as on 01-01-2019 (i.e. candidates born on or after 02-01-1989 and born before or on 01-01-2001)
2. Stenographer Grade 'D': 18-27 years as on 01-01-2019 (i.e. candidates born on or after 02-01-1992 and born before or on 01-01-2001)
Essential Qualification:- Must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University as on 01-01-2019.
SSC Stenographer Grade C & D Exam 2018 – How to apply
Interested and eligible candidates are required to be submitted in online mode only at the official website of SSC Headquarters i.e. https://ssc.nic.in from 22-10-2018 to 19-11-2018 (5.00 PM).
For candidates belonging to the North Eastern Region (NER)/ Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Tripura, Please apply through www.sscner.org.in
Application Fee
Only male candidates belonging to General and OBC are required to pay Rs. 100/- only. Rest are exempted from payment of application fee.

Last date for receipt of application: 19-11-2018 (up to 5.00 P.M.)
Last date for making online fee payment: 21-11-2018 (5.00 PM)
Last date for generation of offline Challan: 21-11-2018 (5.00 PM)
Last date for payment through Challan (during working hours of Bank): 26-11-2018
Date of Computer Based Examination: 01-02-2019 to 06-02-201
