TNT Jobs | March 16, 2019: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (ONGC), a "Maharatna" Public Sector Enterprise, invites Online application from eligible candidates for recruitment of Human Resource Executive and Public Relations Officer through UGC NET June 2019 Exam.

1. Post Name:- Human Resource Executive – No of posts:- 20 (UR-10, OBC-5, SC-3, ST-1, EWS-1)
   Age limit:- 30 years as on 01-01-2019. Upper age relaxation as per Govt rules.
   Salary:- Pay Scale of Rs. 60,000- 1,80,000/- with an increment of 3% per year with other benefits.
   UGC NET Subject:-
   Labour Welfare/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour and Social Welfare/ Human Resource Management (Subject Code-55)
   OR
   Management (Subject Code-17)
   Essential Qualification:- MBA with specialization in Personnel Management / HRD / HRM with minimum 60% marks OR Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management/ IR/ Labour Welfare with minimum 60% marks OR Minimum 2 years full time Post Graduate Diploma in PM/IR/Labour Welfare with minimum 60% marks OR 2 years full time PGDM from IIM with minimum 60% marks.
2. Post Name:- Public Relations Officer – No of posts:- 3 (UR-3)
   Age limit:- 30 years as on 01-01-2019. Upper age relaxation as per Govt rules.
   Salary:- Pay Scale of Rs. 60,000- 1,80,000/- with an increment of 3% per year with other benefits.
   UGC NET Subject:- Mass Communication (Subject Code-63)
   Essential Qualification:- Post Graduate Degree/ minimum 2 years diploma in Public Relations/Journalism/Mass Communication with a minimum of 60% marks.

Selection Procedure

Candidates have to essentially qualify the UGC-NET examination of June 2019. Score from UGC-NET examination of June 2019 ONLY is valid for this recruitment exercise under this advertisement.

The final merit list shall be prepared based on the weights assigned to various parameters as follows:-

Weightage of UGC-NET examination of June 2019 Score:- 60 MarksInterview:- 15 MarksQualification:- 25 Marks ( 20 Marks for Essential Qualification & 05 marks for inline Ph.D.)
