TNT JOBS | January 24, 2019: For Implementation of National Health Mission (NHM), the Office of The District Medical & Health Officer, East Khasi Hills District Shillong, under the District Health Society, East Khasi Hills invites application from eligible and interested candidates for the following posts on Contract Basis for a period of 11 months as per detailed below.

1. Post Name:- Psychiatrists (NMHP)
   No of posts:- 1 (One)
   Essential Qualification:- MD in Psychiatry or equivalent degree from an institution recognized by Medical Council of India.
   Desirable:- 2 years' experience of working as a specialist in a hospital.
2. Post Name:- Medical Officer (SNCU)
   No of posts:- 1 (One)
   Essential Qualification:- MBBS from any Medical Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India.
3. Post Name:- Medical Officer (NPCDCS)
   No of posts:- 1 (One)
   Essential Qualification:- MBBS from any Medical Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India.
4. Post Name:- Psychologist (NMHP)
   No of posts:- 1 (One)
   Essential Qualification:- Post Graduate Degree in Psychology or Applied Psychology and a Master of Philosophy in medical and social psychology or Masters of Philosophy in mental health and social psychology obtained after completion of a full-time course of two years which includes supervised clinical training, approved and recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India.
5. Post Name:- Psychiatric Social Worker (NMHP)
   No of posts:- 1 (One)
   Essential Qualification:- Post Graduate Degree awarded after completion of course of study of minimum 2(two) years in Mental health or Psychiatric Social Work.
6. Post Name:- Family Planning Counselor under RMNCH+A
   No of posts:- 1 (One)
   Essential Qualification:- MSW/Master Degree in Sociology/ Psychology or equivalent from recognized institution.
   Desirable:- 3 years Working experience in related field with computer knowledge.
7. Post Name:- Senior Tuberculosis laboratory supervisor (STLS) – (RNTCP)
   No of posts:- 1 (One)
   Essential Qualification:- Graduate OR Intermediate (10+2) and experience of working as MPW/LHV/ANM/Health worker/ Certificate or higher course in Health Education/Counselling OR Tuberculosis health visitor's recognized course with Certificate course in computer operations (minimum two months).
8. Post Name:- Tuberculosis Health Visitor (TBHV) — (RNTCP)
   No of posts:- 1 (One)
   Essential Qualification:- Graduate OR Intermediate (10 + 2) and experience of working as MPW/LHV/ANM/ Health worker/ Certificate or higher course in Health Education/Counselling OR Tuberculosis health visitor's recognized course with Certificate course in computer operations (minimum two months).
   Desirable:- Minimum one year experience in RNTCP.
9. Post Name:- Accountant
   No of posts:- 1 (One)
   Essential Qualification:- B. Com with 1-2 years of work experience in Accounts maintenance and finalization of Accounts. Experience in Using Tally Software.
10. Post Name:- Insect Collector (NVBDCP)
    No of posts:- 2 (Two)
    Essential Qualification:- HSSLC (Science). Must have technical knowledge in the handling of Microscope.
    Desirable:- Training course for MPW or recognized sanitary inspector's course.
11. Post Name:- Helper (Mobile Medical Unit)
    No of posts:- 1 (One)
    Essential Qualification:- SSLC Passed (for Male candidates only).
