1. Post Name:- Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
No of posts:- 1 (One)
Place of posting:- North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong
Project name:- Quantum Dot based Biosensor for Early Detection of Prostate Cancer Using multiple biomarkers in Biological samples.
Duration:- 03 years
Fellowship:- Rs. 25,000 p.m.+20% HRA(for 2 years) @ 28,000 p.m.+20% HRA (3rd year) for NET/ GATE qualified candidate and for non-NET/GATE as per DBT rules
Age limit:- Should not be more 28 years on November 5th, 2018.
Qualification:- M. Tech. in Biotechnology/ Nanotechnology/ Biomedical Engineering.

Duration:- 3 Years
Fellowship:- Candidate with CSIR-NET/GATE qualified will be given 25,000+ HRA (NEHU-norms) per month. Non-CSIR-NET/Gate candidate will be given Rs. 14,000+ HRA (NEHU-norms) per month.
Age limit:- Should not more than 28 years as on 31st October 2018.
Qualification:- First class M.Tech. in Nanotechnology/ Material Science/ Biotechnology/ Animal Husbandry OR M.Sc. in Biotechnology/ Applied Physics/ Material Science/ Nanotechnology.

Remuneration:- Rs.1,000/- per class.
Qualification:– The minimum qualification will be at least 55% marks for general and 50% for sc/sr candidates in MA (Education)/ M.Ed along with NET (Education), however' the candidates having Ph. D. or evidence of active Research/ Teaching experience in the respective subjects will be given preference.
