TNT Jobs | April 8, 2019: In its latest recruitment notification (INCET-CM (MECH) & CM (AMMN & EXPL)- 02/2019), Indian Navy invites online application from eligible Indian citizens for the post of Chargeman (Mechanic) and Chargeman (Ammunition & Explosive) classified as Group 'B', 'Non-Industrial', Non-Gazetted in Pay Level- 6 at various Commands.
Selected candidates would be posted to various Naval Armament Inspectorate (NAI) units at Depots/ Ordnance Factories/ DRDO labs/ Quasi Military Establishments to undertake inspection/ QA activities. The functional duties would involve sailing on-board Indian Navy platforms and handling of Explosives and Ordnance.
1. Post Name:- Chargeman (Mechanic)
- No of posts:- 103 (UR-41, SC-18, ST-6, OBC-28, EWS-10)
- Upper age limit:- Not exceeding 30 years as on closing date of sumbission of the online application. Upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt rules.
- Salary- Pay Band as per 7th CPC, Level-6, Rs. 35,400- 112400/-
- Educational Qualification:-
1. Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics or Production Engineering from a recognised University or Institute and
2. Two years of working experience in quality control or quality assurance or testing or proof in the area of design or production or Maintenance of Engineering equipment or system from a recognised organisation.
2. Post Name:- Chargeman (Ammunition & Explosive)
- No of posts:- 69 (UR-25, SC-13, ST-7, OBC-18, EWS-6)
- Age limit:- Not exceeding 30 years as on closing date of sumbission of the online application. Upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt rules.
- Salary- Pay Band as per 7th CPC, Level-6, Rs. 35,400- 112400/-
- Educational Qualification:- Diploma in Chemical engineering from a recognised university or institution with two years experience in quality control or quality assurance or testing or proof in the area of chemical engineering or processing from a recognised organisation.
