Meghalaya High Court, Shillong invites online applications from eligible Indian citizens for the following vacant positions. The last date for online application submission is 15th November at 17:00 hrs.

1. Post Name:- System Officer
No of posts:- 1 (One)
Pay Scale:- Level-16, Rs. 17,000-470-20-290-EB-560-25,330-760-33,690/- per month

Essential Qualification:-
B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology with First Class or minimum 60% marks in aggregate or Master Degree in Physics/ Maths/ Statistics/ Operations Research with First Class or at least 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent Grade with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/ Applications or Masters Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology with First Class or at least 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade or B.Sc. (Computer Science or IT)/ BCA/B.Sc in Physics/ Maths/ Statistics/ Operations Research/ Computer Science with either Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Applications (from a Govt. recognized university/institution). The Bachelor's degree with Post Graduate Diploma should be in First Class or at least with 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade and 2 (two) years experience in the relevant field.

2. Post Name:- Library Assistant
No of posts:- 2 (Two)
Pay Scale:- Level-5, Rs. 9,200-230-10,810-EB-300-13510-410-18,020/- per month.
Essential Qualification:- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Library Science from a recognized University and proficiency in the use of the computer.

3. Post Name:- Typist
No of posts:- 2(Two)
Pay Scale:- Level-4, Rs. 8,300-210-9,770-EB-270-12,200-370-16,270/- per month
Essential Qualification:- Bachelor Degree from a recognized University with Diploma in Typing.

4. Post Name:- Electrician
No of posts:- 1 (One)
Pay Scale:- Level-4, Rs. 8,300-210-9,770-EB-270-12,200-370-16,270/- per month
Essential Qualification:- H.S.S.L.C. with ITI or equivalent Trade Certificate of Electrician.

5. Post Name:- Driver
No of posts:- 1 (One)
Pay Scale:- Level-3, Rs. 7,700-190-9,030-EB-250-11,280-340-15,020/- per month.
Essential Qualification:- Class IX passed from a recognized School/ Institution with 3 (three) Years experience.

6. Post Name:- Cook
No of posts:- 1 (One)
Pay Scale:- Level-1, Rs. 6,500-160-7620-EB-210-9510-290-12700/- per month.
Essential Qualification:- HSSLC passed from a recognized Board with Diploma in cooking.
Age limit:- Must not be more than 27 years of age in case of General category candidates and 32 years of age in case of Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribe candidates at the time of his/her application.

The age limit for the post of System Officer is 30-40 years as on the last date of submitting the application (15-11-2018).

Application Fee
Application Fees for Post at Sl No 1 is Rs. 460/- and Rs 230/- for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates.
For the posts at Sl No 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 the application fees is Rs 100/- for general applicants and Rs 50/- for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe.
